Chelsy Davy's 21st

Chelsy Davy chose to celebrate her 21st birthday party at Beluga restaurant on Friday the 13th October, 2006.  Prince Harry was chauffeured by Chelsy's brother Shaun (in a white Mercedes-Benz) and arrived at 2030, dressed as a mobster for the 1920s-style Great Gatsby-themed party.  Davy arrived an hour later in an elegant emerald flapper dress, playing the part of Harry's gangster moll.  "My darling boy Haz, thank you for coming", Chelsy began her birthday speech.  The restaurant's windows were papered over to prevent outsiders peeping in.  Outside the venue were a number of bouncers.  The Beluga restaurant began preparing for the event mid-September and staff had to agree in writing not to reveal anything about the occasion.  The group Goldfish provided the music.
