 Greene Animal Hospital Stray Animal Adoptions
Greene Animal Hospital Stray Animal Fund was founded several years ago in an effort to aid in the care and adoption of rescued dogs and cats. Founded by the para-professional staff at Greene Animal Hospital, GAH-SAF provides an alternative to surrendering these pets to the local shelters. From time to time, pets may be available for adoption through our Stray Animal Fund. This is funded entirely by donations from our caring clients. Pets available for adoption are listed below. Please note the following requirements for adoption: 1. Adoption Fee of $100 (includes spay or neuter and vaccination) 2. Minimum of 2 references 3. Agreement that pet will be housed indoors only 4. Agreement to provide the pet with quality veterinary care 5. Completed Adoption Applicaton ***Requirements are subject to change*** To adopt one of our rescued pets or donate to the Stray Animal Fund, please contact us at 901-452-3171 to speak to one of our staff! Can't adopt right now? Think about sponsoring one of our animals! We can always use old blankets, sheets, or toys for our stray animals that are up for adoption! The following pets are eligible for adoption: Cats All of the following kittens listed are between 7-9 weeks of age (posted 7/28/09). They are precious and very playful.
