Doug Sherman Lead Pastor

Doug Sherman and his wife Peggy have been happily married since 1987 and are the parents of four beautiful children, some of whom serve with them in ministry.  Doug has served on the pastoral staff of GHC since 1988 as a youth pastor, pastor, and as Lead Pastor from 1993 to the present. 

    Doug is a member of MINISTERS FELLOWSHIP INTERNATIONAL, a strong network of pastors and various other Christian workers who have linked together to reach the nations of the earth through strong and healthy local churches.   

    Doug regularly ministers outside his congregation in churches, camps and conferences in a prophetic and leadership training role as well.  Since 1991 Doug has traveled to Russia, Finland, China, Canada, Mexico and the Philippines to equip the leaders of the national churches of those lands with preaching, teaching and prophetic ministry to strengthen them in the reaching of their own people and nations. 

    Doug’s teaching, preaching and gift ministry challenges, inspires and equips God’s people to seek to know God and fulfill His purpose in the earth.

 

Keith Easterly Prayer Pastor

Keith and his wife Donna have been active members and servants at GHC from its beginnings in 1988.  Keith was actually part of the original group of people who prayed for the church to begin in the first place.  Keith and Donna have been happily married since 1963 and are the parents of 4 children.

   Keith is also a member of MINISTERS FELLOWSHIP INTERNATIONAL, a strong network of pastors and various other Christian workers who have linked together to reach the nations of the earth through strong and healthy local churches.

    Keith has a passion to see God's people come together and pray for a spiritual awakening in our land.  Keith is also the pastor over political action and has a vision to see God's church take its responsibility when it comes to being an informed citizenry and a voice and influence for righteousness.  Keith serves in the area of counseling as well and has been a blessing to many marriages and individuals in the church.

    Keith is a lover of God's Word and a man of great personal integrity whose positive attitude and stable presence provide solid leadership in the lives of many.

 

David Hubbard Elder and  Business Manager

 Dave has been an active part of GHC since 1992 when he came to personal faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.  Dave and his wife Ginger have been happily married since 1968 and are the parents of 2 married daughters.

    Dave is also a member of MINISTERS FELLOWSHIP INTERNATIONAL, a strong network of pastors and various other Christian workers who have linked together to reach the nations of the earth through strong and healthy local churches.

    From the beginning of Dave's walk with Christ, he has been busy about His Father's business and involved in a variety of ministries and programs in the church.  Dave is an elder and is the business manager of GHC  

    As an elder, one of Dave's many areas of responsibility is to oversee our G.R.A.C.E. Small Group ministry.  Dave is zealous about small groups and the potential they have to connect people into a strong church family atmosphere. Dave is a no-nonsense man with the highest principles and an amazing testimony for Christ. Dave is a man who would give you the shirt off his back.  His faithful service and sacrifice are two of the reasons GHC is such a great church family to be a part of.    

 

Raul Figueroa Switched Youth         Youth Leader

Raul Figueroa and his wife Candace have been a part of our youth ministry since 1999 when Raul began as a volunteer.  Raul and Candace have been married since 1994 and are the parents of 4 beautiful children.  

    In 2004, Raul took about a 1 year break from the youth ministry only to return 1 year later with a new found sense of calling and purpose.  Raul took the plunge in 2005 and now serves full time as our Switched Youth leader.  Raul is passionate about young people and is very effective in ministering to both churched and unchurched students.

    Raul is also a member of MINISTERS FELLOWSHIP INTERNATIONAL, a strong network of pastors and various other Christian workers who have linked together to reach the nations of the earth through strong and healthy local churches.

    Raul is developing his leadership skills while raising up student leaders and a volunteer staff of adults.  His enthusiasm and communication skills make him a magnet for adults and students alike.  With Raul leading the next generation, we have great hope for our future as a church.

 

KellyLewis Children of Grace Preschool and Daycare Director 

Kelly Lewis is the Director of the preschool and daycare GHC began to offer Moses Lake in 2003.  Kelly has been married to her husband Kurt since 1987, and the two of them are the parents of one biological child, one adopted child and are actively involved in foster care and the adoption of other children.

    Kelly's passion for children is contagious and she leads the daycare with the highest integrity and concern for children and their well being.  Children of Grace Preschool and Daycare has an excellent reputation in Moses Lake due to the commitment that Kelly and the rest of the staff have to children and their families.

    Kelly is an active member of Grace Harvest Church and is a deeply devoted follower of Jesus Christ.  She has served in number of areas of ministry within the church and is one of the many reasons GHC is making an impact in our community and beyond.

Carla Hamilton Church Secretary

Carla Hamilton serves all of the staff at GHC as a receptionist and secretary.  Carla has been an active part of GHC since 1992 and is the proud mother of three children and several grandchildren.  Though recently widowed from her beloved husband Skip, Carla continues to serve the Lord with gladness in her secretarial role. The secretary of the church for many years, Carla not only takes care of the day to day duties of typing and filing, but she also engages in regular encouragement, listening, and wise input on the phone with congregants.

    Carla has also served in womens ministry, small group leadership and the organizing of various special events. Carla's love for God and for people has been evident for the many years she has been at GHC.
