G.R.A.C.E. Groups

G.R.A.C.E. Groups are designed to reach out and help people connect to our church family.  G.R.A.C.E. stands for Growing Reaching And Connecting Everyone!  Convinced that small groups are ideal for relationship, support, discipleship and developing community, we at GHC highly value our G.R.A.C.E. Groups, and encourage all who attend our Church family to get connected to a group.

Our groups meet in various homes and venues throughout the week and address a variety of life seasons and needs.  Please contact the church office at 509-766-2911 to learn more.

Switched Youth Church

The Youth of our generation are in desperate need of a message of hope and truth, and Switched Youth Church is just the ministry to give them that message.  Since Raul Figueroa came on staff as a full-time youth pastor in 2005, many churched and unchurched youth alike have begun to walk with Jesus Christ.

Raul and his volunteer team of adults have a vision and passion to impart purpose and meaning to the Middle and High School students of our time, while making real disciples of them.  Though the students often speak of how much fun they are having while this accomplished, Raul has been intentional about keeping Christian character and lifestyle at the center of his ministry.

Switched Youth Church is truly extreme in its pursuit of God and passion for the gospel.  This ministry is one of the many reasons we have such great hope for the future of the church.

SUPERCHURCH

Kids Church

We here at Grace Harvest Church highly value children and believe they are an integral part of the body of  Christ.  We also believe that the main responsibility of introducing children to the Word of God is with their parents.

As a church we endeavor to contribute to this by teaching timeless Bible stories and principles during our Sunday services in our children's ministry called Super Church.  We do this by way of scripture memory, crafts, games, and various other means specifically geared towards children.

We have a dedicated staff of teachers who have faithfully and joyfully ministered to our children for many years.  We have a class for ages 3 through Kindergarten and another class for our 1st through 5th grade students.  As teachers we value the time given to impart a love for God's Word and to do our part in leading children into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Grace Nursery

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..." Luke 18:16.  Jesus placed great value on babies and small children, and so do we.  Our Grace Nursery welcomes healthy infants and toddlers from birth through age 2.  We strive to provide a peaceful, fun, nurturing, and safe environment for these precious little ones as we minister to small children and their parents.  Our volunteers are committed members of GHC who strive to love the little ones and provide ministry to the families they represent.

Children of Grace Daycare and Preschool

Our Children of Grace preschool program is a service to the families and children of the community. We desire to provide a safe, loving environment for children whose parents must be away from home during the day.

God's Word teaches us that the major responsibility of teaching and training children belongs to their parents. With that in mind, our preschool program's desire is to support parents by being an extension of the home in rearing their children.

A carefully supervised and balanced program is offered to assist the child in his/her learning process. This includes games, creative arts and crafts, science and nature observation, rhythm and music, sharing, experiences, story time, and a time of free outdoor play (weather permitting) on equipment suitable to his/her age. Each child is encouraged to progress at his own rate of speed toward enriched experiences, self-discipline and the ability to make choices.

It is our desire to help parents shape each child into an effective, productive, happy person that will be a blessing to our society. We value each child as a unique creation of God, worthy of love and respect.
