If you search on packages.debian.org for Netdisco, it will return the version 0.95 release which is in Debian 5.0 (Lenny).

I have now built packages for version 1.0 of Netdisco, which is far better and includes many bug fixes and feature enhancements. Please download the following:

• Common (required by frontend and backend)
• Frontend (the Web UI, requires Apache2 etc)
• Backend (the device polling system)

Be sure to look at the README.Debian files in each distribution (in /usr/share/doc/...) for post-installation instructions.

Along with Netdisco you probably also want the latest version of all the SNMP MIB files. By installing the netdisco-mibs-installer package you can retrieve the latest version 0.7 of the MIBs bundle from Sourceforge.
