Recent new acquisitions

The things that people have, make, buy, sell, or give to one another say a lot about who they are, what they judge to be important, who they deal with on a daily or less frequent basis, and so on. 

Great anthropology collections, therefore, are built around much more than just what is rare, wonderful, exotic, or beautiful.   

And just as life goes on, so too, collecting by museums goes on all the time.
