School Counseling

At Carroll Manor we have 2 half time school counselors,
Mrs. Frederick and Mrs. Welty. 
 
FCPS Links:
Learn more about the Character Counts program used in FCPS.  The pillars we reinforce are Trustworthiness, Fairness, Resect, Responsibility, Caring, and Citizenship.
CASS serves families, regardless of income, with school age children experiencing social, emotional, and/or educational challenges.  The can link families with resources in the community.  Our CASS contact is Pam Miller at 240-236-6601.
