BMC Students had a variety of activities on Friday, Oct. 31st. First, students were allowed to dress up in costumes if they paid a dollar to have their "Red Ribbon Week" ribbon marked: Students also experienced the Greenville County Sheriff's Office "Fatal Vision" course - a driving simulation where the students navigated golf carts through a series of traffic cones while wearing special goggles that simulated drunkenness. Students quickly learned that the course was much harder than they imagined... Mr. Smith had a bit of trouble passing a sobriety test wearing the goggles... Then the students assembled for the "closing ceremonies" of the day: And finally, the "grand finale" - teachers were pied by the winners of the costume contest: |
