BMC New Facility

The drawings for the new BMC permanent facility have been released by the architect.  As we receive more information and images, we will post them here.  Please keep in mind that the design of the building may change during the construction process due to budget constraints, logistical challenges, and other factors.  Check back often for new content!

Groundbreaking Ceremony

 Posted 7/24/08

TENTATIVE - August 20th at 10:00 a.m.

A new post will be made here and to the Yahoo Group with specifics such as the final start time, parking instructions, etc. This event will be well attended by local and state level representatives, college staff, community members, and of course the Brashier Middle College family. We hope that you can join us as we show our excitement for the future and gratitude for outside assistance.

UPDATE:

The Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new facility was a great celebration of all the hard work and effort everyone has put into making our new facility a reality.  Thanks to everyone who attended and showed your dedication to our school!

UPDATE #2:

The Greenville News has an article about the Groundbreaking Ceremony.  You can find it here.

Building Update

Posted 7/24/08

We have crossed nearly all of the hurdles facing our new facility. The contracts have been issued to Freeman and Major Architects and Triangle Construction. Although they have not started the site work, the design work is advancing quickly and completion should be early July 2009.  We know you will be excited with the design above developed by Allen Freeman.
