Wait a minute, you might charge me more for Credit Card Processing!

Big NO, you choose PayPal, Google or us to process your credit card payments. You only pay what PayPal or Google charges you to process credit cards. We don't get any cut in Credit Card Processing Fee, all we get is $1 per ticket Service Fee.

I am already using PayPal or Google to collect event ticket money? Why should I use Eventbee?

PayPal, Google are great services for collecting money, however it is not a full fledged event management solution. For example, you can do following tasks using Eventbee with few clicks:

What is Eventbee traditional Credit Card Processing?

We do provide our own Credit Card Processing, however our fee is little higher than PayPal or Google. We currently charge 4.95% + 50c per ticket, accept VISA, Mastercard and Amex payments.

The advantage of using our Credit Card Processing is seamless user experience, attendee never feels like he is going out of Eventbee context to pay for the event.

TIP: Some Event Managers enable both Eventbee and PayPal (or Google) processing, giving more payment options to the attendee.


How do I receive proceeds from ticket sales?

You get proceeds into your PayPal or Google account directly, the money is available to you immediately as ticket sales are happening.

If you use Eventbee Credit Card processing, you will receive check from us first week of following month of your event close date.


How much Service Fee does Eventbee competitors charge?

The lowest we saw is around 2.5% + $1 per sale with minimum guaranteed fee per ticket. You can checkout our competitors by doing google search.

If you find anyone who charges less than $1 per ticket with same set of functionality, please let us know, we will be very happy to match the price with no questions asked :)

Do I have to sign a contract with Eventbee to get started?

How do I pay Service Fee to Eventbee?

We will send you payment invoice email as soon as your event is over. You can just click on the link to make the payment.
