Promoting your events using Eventbee Email Marketing is as simple as few clicks.

Email Marketing Features

  • Design HTML or Text email campaigns with images, logos, colors

What is required to start Email Marketing?

Text or HTML content: The message you would like to send to your mailing list

Mailing Lists: Import your existing emails, create Mailing Lists and organize them at Eventbee. To learn more, visit Mailing Lists section

Email Quota: Sufficient Mail Quota is required to blast your email campaigns. By default we give you 100 Mail Quota to try out how things work. Subsequently you have to buy Mail Quota based on your requirement


Campaign Management

Creating Campaign

  • Click on My Email Marketing My Campaign Designs New Campaign (button)
  • If you already have HTML content, enter the content. If you have Text content or want to create one on the fly, select WYSIWYG Editor option and enter the content
  • Click on Create and save campaign to schedule it later, or click on Create & Schedule to save and schedule blast right away


Editing Campaign

Go to My Email Marketing My Campaign Designs <click on the campaign name> (link)


Blasting Campaign

  • Click on My Email Marketing My Campaign Designs <campaign name> Schedule Blast (button)
  • Select Mailing Lists, enter From, Reply To, Subject information
  • Before scheduling, you can send test email to verify look and feel of your email, enter your email ID (and other email Ids if required) in Send Test Mail box, and click Send button

If you are satisfied with your test email, you can blast email right away by selecting Blast Now option or you can schedule the blast to future time by selecting Blast on Date option

NOTE: Blast now option might take at least an hour to send out emails as we use scheduler to send out emails.


Campaign Reports & Measurement

  1. Click on My Email Marketing My Email Blasts <campaign name> (link)

  2. Click on Reports button to view Campaign Reports

  3. View reports in graph, and export to PDF or Excel format


Email Marketing Costs

Here are the Email Quota costs, the more you buy, the less you pay

1000 Email Quota - $25
2500 Email Quota - $40
5000 Email Quota - $60
10000 Email Quota - $80

You can buy Campaign Credits, and request us to customize your email campaign. For each campaign customization we deduct one credit from your account.

1 credit - $75

2 credits - $120

5 credits - $200

10 credits - $300


Mailing List Management


Creating Mailing Lists

  1. Click on My Email Marketing My Mailing Lists <New List> (button)

  2. Enter list name, description and unsubscribe message (this message is displayed to people who want to unsubscribe from the list)

  3. There are three ways to create new mailing list:

  • File Upload: Create mailing lists by uploading your existing email lists (CSV format files)

  • Manual: Enter email Ids manually

  • Merge Lists: Create new mailing lists by merging two or more existing mailing lists


Editing Mailing Lists

  • Click on My Email Marketing My Mailing Lists <list name> (link)
  • View existing email Ids by selecting one of the tabs: All, Active, Inactive, Unsubscribed, Inactive
  • Click on Edit link to edit individual record in the Mailing List

Deleting Mailing Lists

Go to My Email Marketing My Mailing Lists <select mailing lists and click Delete button>


Exporting Mailing Lists

  • Click on My Email Marketing My Mailing Lists <list name> (link)
  • Click on Export to Excel (button)


Auto created Mailing Lists

By default we create separate attendee mailing list for each event (default naming convention: Attendee-<event name>). You can perform all mailing list operations on these auto generated lists like any other mailing list in the system
