Return and Report.org is a tool that assists Relief Society, Elders Quorum and High Priest Group Leaders with their Home or Visiting teaching responsibilities. The tool has two tiers. The first tier provides a scheduled email reminder to each individual teacher with a personalized message from their leaders. The second tier adds the ability for the teachers to click on a link and report on their efforts. Additionally, the second tier allows teachers to send comments to their leaders or companions or even request an interview with their leaders. This gives the leaders key visibility regarding who has been visited and when. This tool frees up leaders and gives them the necessary information to focus on the needs of the individuals they are responsible for. A file storage module and event scheduler are recent additions to the RAR system.
There are numerous advantages that can be realized from using this system for Home or Visiting Teaching. Some of the highlights are summarized below:
1. Presidency Members know exactly what is going on with Home Teaching at any time during the month:

4. Teachers are reminded one, two, or three times per month by Email regarding their Home Teaching. This message can be personalized by the Presidency:
5. Teachers know exactly what their assignments are and now have a new channel of communication with the Presidency. Teachers are more likely to be thinking about the needs of their families and comment accordingly while they are reporting their teaching online:
6. Presidency Members can collaborate and gather results far more efficiently and effectively.
7. Stake Presidents, Bishops, or other appropriate leaders know exactly how Home/Visiting Teaching is progressing throughout the month.
8. Presidency Members and Teachers know what future events are scheduled for the group. Anyone in the group can sign up for an event. Optionally, the Presidency can be notified via Email whenever someone signs up for an event.
From the past year and a half of testing, I have witnessed the great potential of this tool. Anyone can use the tool for free for 3 months. Beyond that, the tool may be used at a cost of $10 per year (for 29 or less teachers) or $20 per year (for 30 or more teachers.) The tool is very easy to set up and is relatively self sufficient after the initial work required to configure it.
