Getting started - You need at least a beginner's knowledge of English so you can communicate with our English teachers. We'll take it from there.
- You
do not need to be in front of a computer to take your lessons. We will
call you on the contact numbers you provided us on the time and date
you signed-up for.
- We give a 10 minute free lesson through phone so you can try our service and see if you would be interested to continue.
Choosing a schedule - Use our Calendar to determine the schedule you want for your lesson.
- Fill
out our Sign-Up form with your desired lesson block and preferred day
and time to take the lesson.
Paying for a lesson block - We can also send billing invoice to you through standard PayPal. All we need is your email address.
- Other methods such as remittances or fund transfers are accepted. Email us for more details.
Taking the lessons - We
will call you on the contact number you provided us and take your
lesson through the phone. Ensure that your contact number is valid.
- As
much as possible, provide us with an alternate phone number where we
can call you at. We will use this should you be unreachable on your
main contact number.
- If we cannot reach you
through the contact numbers you provided us, we will send you an email
to inform you that we have tried to reach you but was unsuccessful. You
can re-schedule your lesson within 5 days from the day you missed it.
Re-scheduling - Please give us at least 6 hrs notice if you know ahead of time that you will miss your lesson and would like to re-schedule.
Cancellation policy - We
do not have a cancellation policy as of the moment. However, you can
give-away or transfer the lessons you have already blocked to another
user (like a family member or a friend) or earn the credit for the next
lesson block you'd like to sign-up for. You can email us for more details.
