    Welcome students!

    This school year is going to be the best one yet!  Here is a list of what you will need for choir & music classes this year:

    CHOIR STUDENTS
    Performance attire (needed by the first concert in November)
        -white button down dress shirt w/ a collar
        -black dress pants (no capris or jeans)
        -black dress shoes (no flip flops or sneakers)

    7th & 8th Grade MUSIC STUDENTS
    3-prong folder or 1/2 inch binder
    2 blank CD's (not DVD's)
    guitar picks
    OPTIONAL- "Essential Elements for Guitar" book- available at music stores & online  at www.jwpepper.com (approx. $18)

  • End of the Year Choir Concert

    The End of the Year Choir Concert is fast approaching!  Here are the details:

    • Tuesday, May 18th
    • 7th & 8th grade choir students arrive at 6:00 pm
    • 6th Grade Choir students arrive at 6:45 pm
    • Doors will open for the audience at 6:45 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm
    • Students should wear black pants, a white shirt, shoes they can dance in (tennis shoes, ballet flats, etc) and some sort of red or pink accessory (tie, belt, undershirt, headband, etc)


    I need parent volunteers for the concert!

    • Audience Supervision- 6 parents to arrive by 6:50 pm & make sure choir students behave themselves in the audience
    • Lights- 1 or 2 parents to arrive at 5:30 pm and run the lights for the concert (I will show you how to do it!)
    • Set-Up- 2 or 3 parents to help set up sound equipment & risers on MONDAY after school from 2:30-4:00 pm

  • 8th Grade Choir Field Trip
    The 8th Grade Choir Field Trip is scheduled for Friday & Saturday, May 7 & 8.  We will be going to Phoenix.  Permission slips and money ($95 per student- check made out to the ECMS FFO) are due MONDAY, APRIL 19th!!
