September 26, 2009 - Linn Mar and Marion Marching Band Contests 1st place at LInn Mar....only 1.4 behind Independance....We outscored Independance in Music G.E. and Marching Execution!! We also outscored Waterloo West in Music G.E. and we outscored Cedar Rapids Washington in Marching Execution !st place overall at Marion Marching Band contest......Grand Champion Trophy.....Outstanding Color Guard, Drumline, Hornline, and Drum Majors in 2A Outstanding Overall Drumline!!!! and Outstanding Overall Drum Major Trophies!!!! October 3, 2009 - Davis County Festival of Bands Held at Pella because of poor field conditions at Bloomfield. 1st Place Class 2A ....2nd Place Overall Outstanding Color Guard, Drumline, and Drum Majors!!! October 10, 2009 - Valleyfest - Pictures by Deb Bahr, Leslie Orman, Brad Francis, Dezirae Russell, and Amanda Vroegh EBHS Places 1st in class 2A - Outstanding Marching, Hornline, and Soloist!!! Way to go Brooke Lunsford - Soloist of the Day!! 1st Place at the Showdown for the 15th year in a row!!! Outstanding Drumline, Marching, Hornline, and Soloist of the Day!!
