 Meeting of 13rd Friday morning

  1. Introduction to Moodle platform + Activity 2, development, deadlines (cooperating)
  2. Radio C1 Interview (thanks to the headteacher prof. Filippo Pennesi and the interpreter prof. Giovanni Scarponi)
  3. Synchronous sessions: 3.1 Air pollution activity (Alfredo, Carlos, Antonio, Fabio); 3.2 Historical guide, characteristics, deadlines + visit in Poland and Lahti (others)
  4. Break in n° 6 room
  5. Collaboration via Concept Mapping: possible training, uses, CD to get started
  6. Synthesis of the main decisions of the overall meeting.

Intercultural - social dinner

Participants, roles:

14 European teachers - cooks, headteachers-headcooks or guitar players, singers, popular dancers, dish washers (only one of these roles gave rights to eat)

7 Polish students - popular dancers - popular singers, eaters.

12 Italian hosting students with parents, eaters.

7 Italian teachers, host, cooking-helpers, interpreters, photoreporters, somewhat eaters. (Alfredo, Annarita, Gabriella, Giovanni, Mariano, Pierina, Sandro)

1 Italian Head-Teacher: gifts official exchanger, eater.

1 Head-Secretary of ITIS Divini with a highly optimist auspicious speech, eater.

MEAL - INGREDIENTS CUISIN ON CARE TO
SMOKED SALMON WITH MUSHROOMS SAUCE. (they brought smoked salmon and rye bread) Butter, dried cantharellus, onions, cream, wheat flour and some pepper. FINLAND

TORTILLA DE PATATAS, for four people: 1 kg of potatoes, 5 eggs, 1/4 liter of olive oil, salt (a pan, about 30 cm diameter)

POLLO AL AJILLO, for four people: a whole chicken cut into pieces, 1/4 of olive oil, parsley, garlic, salt.

SPAIN
BRAMBORÁKY for four people: 1 kg of potatoes, 2 eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, 1/4 liter of milk, 120 g wheat flour (plain), 1/4 liter of oil (for frying) CZECH Rep.
PIEROGI for four people: 1kg of wheat flour, 1 egg, salt, 5 potatoes, 2 onions, white cheese-cottage cheese, rolling pin. POLAND
