Each person that joins the community should create a profile page (title the page with your name).  Think of it as your own PLC MySpace.  Your profile page can be starting point for any collection of pages you wish to create as sub-pages of this page.  Everyone needs a workshop to hammer out ideas and actively consider how to use this online environment to refine their contributions to within the community.  You never know when you'll come to the diamonds in the rough, but you are encouraged to keep mining!
