The Terra Nova tests will be given soon. An exact date will be given as soon as the tests are in our possession. Please continue to help your child by having him/her read daily, complete all their homework, get to bed early, and have a good and healthy breakfast daily. This helps your child focus in class and be able to get the most out of class as possible.
As a new school policy, students have to get their assigned morning work completed by 8:20am daily. If your child is tardy he/she will not be able to get the work completed on time, and therefore will lose points given for that assignment. Please make sure your child arrives IN THE CLASSROOM between 8:00-8:15 daily.
OAA NEWS!!!!
The reading OAA will be given April 20, the math will be given April 21. The test will start promptly at 9am. It is imperative that your child be at the school by 8:15 so we can prepare to take the test. Any child who comes late will NOT be admitted into the classroom and will have to take the test at a later date.
Also, a parent's meeting has been planned to inform all parents about these important tests. Please watch your child's folder and the school website for upcoming announcements about this meeting.
