(Updated 1/29/10) "Deals on Wheels" Vehicle Sales Program While most of the donated cars we receive are used in some manner in our agency's vehicle give-away program, others may be repaired and made available for sale to the general public. This sales activitiy helps many individuals in need of transportation who are unable to meet eligibility criteria for a free car, and funds generated through our agency's vehicle sales activities help support our give-away program. There are no eligibility criteria for individuals interested in purchasing a car. Anyone can buy a car from us. Because our agency is not licensed to take installment payments or finance the purchase of a car, however, all vehicle sales transactions must be paid for in cash or by money order or certified check. For more information, please contact our office. Want a List of Sales Vehicles? This low cost service can help those who own a vehicle, but who are unable to qualify for a free repair from the FloridaWorks Career Center. Car owners interested in The Dignity Project's fee-paid auto repair service don't have to meet any eligibility criteria, and inquiries from the general public are also welcome. Please note that because making cars roadworthy for our give-away program is our agency's first responsibility, any repair work performed on other vehicles must be scheduled around this primary activity.
