DeVries Nature Conservancy

Welcome to DNC

DNC's 4+ miles of trails take visitors through 136 acres of farmland, forest, restored prairie, and floodplain along the beautiful Shiawassee River - just five minutes from downtown Owosso. Visit us from dawn until dusk year-round for a great place to hike, cross country ski, learn more about Michigan's natural history, or find a quiet place to commune with nature.

Whether you are looking for a place to hike with your dog, have an educational fieldtrip, or spend volunteer hours - we have many great ways to get involved. Explore our site for all we have to offer.
