A world in which my clients, their clients, and their work groups achieve peak performance, thereby creating positive organizational results and individual efficacy.

 

MISSION

 
To promote and propagate maximum human performance in consulting, organization, and individual settings; to partner with clients (HRD/OD internal and external consultants, organization heads of operations) to design and implement custom interventions that maximize the human performance of their clients, their work groups, and themselves, ultimately resulting in improved organization performance.

 WHAT I DO

  • Help internal and external consultants enhance their effectiveness in working with their clients.
  • Help managers increase effectivenss in manaing the performance of their employees.
  • Work with clients to implement change effectively in their organizations.
  • Coach OD and HRD professionals to increase their effectiveness,
  • Assess, design, facilitate, and evaluate custom learning that results in increased skills and human performance
  • Assess, design, facilitate, and evaluate custom group processes that result in enhanced group dynamics, processes, relationships, and group process skills
  • Assess, design, facilitate, and evaluate custom group processes that result in effective data collection, dissemination, management, prioritization, and decision-making.
