How do we start?

Although our initial contact and subsequent work together can be accomplished in a variety of ways based on your needs, a typical process might look like this: 

• We have an exploratory meeting/conversation;  
• We negotiate, plan, and contract for a needs assessment to be conducted regarding your project;
• I conduct the needs assessment and submit recommendations to you
• We contract with each other for the work you need; and
• We get started! 

But what if my need seems "too big" for a solo practitioner...?

When applicable, and with the client's permission, I partner with the best consulting groups and practitioners in the business. In this way, we can meet your need for a large-impact intervention without compromising the customization that I promise-and that is my trademark.

So how much do these services cost?

Because customization is my specialty, there really is no such thing as a "flat fee" for my services. Our exploratory meeting/conversation is at no cost to you (except for travel expenses, if applicable). My subsequent proposal to you can be priced in the increments you prefer (by project, by day, hourly, etc.). We can also "size" a project according to your budget needs.
