My French-Canadian Family
I live in Florida home of the most beautiful beaches in the world, situated along the Gulf Coast of Mexico. A favorite vacation spot for spring breakers, family vacations and Canadian "snowbirds".
I was born in Fall River, Mass., and raised in New London, Conn. My mom is of French-Canadian descent whose grandparents came from Canada in the late 1800's. Genealogy is my passion and my obsession. I have traced my French-Canadian family back thirteen generations and have reconnected with cousins I haven't seen since I was a child and have met new ones.
The families that most interest me are AUDET, DUPRE, GAUTHIER, LAGASSE, LAURENCE, PEPIN-LACHANCE, and TALBOT. Included with these names, I have over 12,000 individuals in my family charts.
