My name is Mrs. Mattier and this is my fifth year here at Cupertino Middle School.  Each year I enjoy meeting, teaching, and working with new students.  I love the challenge of making Language Arts a fun and rewarding class for my students.  My goal is for all of students to be able to understand why it is important to read and write and that not only does it need to be done, but to be done well.  I encourage my students to do their very best.  I understand that all students are different and I try to help them set their own goals for themselves.  When I am not teaching, I enjoy running and spending time with my family.
