Establishing a workforce development strategy through the existing public education system that is targeted at the alternate energy and its emerging employment opportunities has multiple benefits. It give regional companies and organizations  a competitive advantage over the regions. It will foster new job growth in value-added occupations that are likely to stay in the region. Furthermore, it capatalize on the technology assets available in the region. However to build the most effective momentum for these programs, community support is vital. CRVE needs the public's help to bring education, training and workforce institutions, business, government, and industry together in order to build the fastest possible ramp to the prosperous future  alternate  energy management  promises.
