The fifth edition CRVE High Performance Workforce Study continues to validate with primary and secondary research the pre-requisites for high performance in both domestic and international settings. The most recent study investigated critical human resources and training challenges. CRVE also studied the processes, programs and philosophies most conductive to building and sustaining workforces delivering a positive, measurable effect on an organization's bottom line performance. While many factors influence a company's ability to achieve , outstanding results none is more important than the workforce. Technology, strategy, and innovative new products and services are also important. However, the workforce is what optimizes these key ingredients translating ideas and goals onto results. CRVE is happy to distribute our findings on the challenges companies face in building and sustaining a high performance workforce as well as which practices leading organizations employ to help their employees optimize their contribution thereby leading to overall corporate success.
