We get together and jam about once a week; usually one to three guitars, a bass and sometimes a mandolin and/or drum machine. We mostly play blues and some early and classic rock. Occassionally a little country or rockabilly.
Why this name?
It's the street where we meet to play and one of the guys started referring to us as the "Craven Hill Cats". I like just "Craven Hill".
Do you play live?
Mostly just in the garage so far, but we have had a few neighbors gather in the driveway to listen. We also go to the local blues jam from time to time.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sure. Have your people call my people.
Your influences?
Blues legends, Beatles, Elvis, Hank Jr. - too much to list really.
Equipment used:
Usually an acoustic 6 string guitar, an electric 6 string guitar or two, a 4 string electric bass and sometimes an acoustic mandolin and/or drum machine.
