A one of a kind forum where contact centre employees can interact with their peers locally, nationally and internationally. The Contact Centre Employees Association aspires to represent and empower the contact centre staff of the world. CCE believes that the staff are the most integral part of the contact centre industry. While there are various professional associations for different occupations, the CCE is the first of its kind designed specifically to cater to the diverse staff of the contact centre industry.

CCE invites all contact centre staff to come and be a part of this premier organisation that will change the way contact centre staff interact.

CCE aims to achieve the following

  • To provide a platform wherein contact centre staff can interact with their colleagues and peers locally, nationally and internationally.
  • To provide access to information about legal aspects such as salary, superannuation, work conditions etc.
  • To facilitate events such as conferences, exhibitions, social functions etc.
  • To initiate a forum where discussions about developments within the industry can be held.
  • To facilitate training programs and certification courses.
  • To initiate a chat room where members can get in touch with trainers and other experienced professionals from the industry to seek advice.
