Our website serves as our newsletter and as a hub for club members to connect, communicate and share. With over 200 members there is something and someone for everyone! During the summer we have a Training Triathlon at Jamesville Beach County Park on Wednesdays at 5:30pm. During the winter months we can be found in the local gyms and will hold socials.

Come to the outdoor track at Manley Fieldhouse on Mondays at 6:00 pm for a tempo run workout! Bring your stop watch to record your split times.  Check out the Sonic Kittens, CNY's (and New York State's ONLY) girls cycling development team. The roster includes 10 girls and is headed up by Amy Kneale. They are accepting donations of new and used cycling equipment, money, and sponsorships. Read more about them at sonickittens.webs.com.
Earth Day cleanup will be on Saturday 4/17 at 8:30 am (Jamesville Beach). Join us for a fun filled hour and a half of trash picking up (hey, you never know what you'll find) followed by a bike ride on the 70.3 course at 10:00. You need not ride the entire course. Maps will be provided. |
