The Junior Council of Children’s Memorial Hospital is always looking for new members who are anxious to support the hospital and lend their time and energy to support our fundraising and volunteer programs. 

Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month except August.

All meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the 1^st Floor Wolfson Conference Room of the CMH Building located at 2430 N. Halsted unless otherwise noted. There is no August meeting.

Children’s Memorial Hospital Guided Tours

Hospital tours begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. in the CMH Main Lobby, the date for the next hospital tour will be available shortly. The tours are conducted immediately before our monthly meetings and last approximately 30 minutes.

Our Executive Board

The Junior Council’s 12 Executive Board members have all met a series of official prerequisites and are annually elected by a majority of active Council members.

Committees

The Junior Council holds committee meetings every other month as part of our general meetings.  Some committees operating throughout the year:  Social, Snowball, Programming, Sponsorship and Marketing.  Committee participation is an excellent way to become familiar with fellow Council members and to contribute to a specific aspect of our fundraising efforts.
