USING COLOR IN YOUR AD?
City Paper press uses colors listed in the Newspaper Association of America-American Association of Advertising Agencies (NAA-AAAA) approved NAA-COLOR™ AD-LITHO®, AdPro®, AD-FLEX™ ROP Newspaper Color Ink Book. It is the only newspaper color inkbook recommended by NAA-AAAA for offset newspaper printing. When building ads with spot color, make sure they are set up for four color process color (CMYK) only. We do not accept ads built with RGB images. We will use a process color simulation of any PMS™ color. We do not guarantee a Pantone color match.

The following are some of our common spot colors and their builds:

Red  100% Magenta + 100% Yellow
Green  100% Cyan + 100% Yellow
Purple  50% Cyan + 100% Magenta
Orange  100% Yellow + 60% Magenta
