Please bring the following items to the May 18th LearnServe meeting:

• Your passport, which must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity and at least one blank visa page in it.
• One completed visa application form, with one passport photo (black & white or color is acceptable) glued to or stapled on it.
• One photocopy of your completed visa application form with picture (to keep on file with CIE).
• Payment in the form of a money order, a cashier's check, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted. Please make the cashier's check or money order payable to the Chinese Embassy.

* Visa application fees for a single entry (valid 3-6 mounths) are $130 for American citizens, $30 for citizens of other countries.
