Congratulations on being selected to be a Fellow!

As a Fellow, you are joining a unique team of DC-area high school students united by shared creativity, commitment, and demonstrated interest in important issues confronting our local and global communities. As leaders, role models, and champions for social change, you will develop a deep understanding of social challenges and channel these insights to craft powerful solutions. During the program you will hone the tools you need to be an effective social entrepreneur:

• learn from leading organizations making a difference in DC and across the world;
• collaborate with a team of the area's most innovative, diverse, open-minded, and energetic students, all as passionate about social change as you are;
• experience and reflect on the culture, history, and daily realities of parts of Washington DC - and the world - you've never seen before;
• refine your ability to analyze and understand social problems and challenges;
• recognize that you have the power to change the world… and act on that power.
