Whenever someone's computer is running slowly and I clean spyware and viruses off of it, I would always tell them the same things to do to keep spyware and viruses off their computer.  Finally, I had a brilliant idea to create a document that I could just leave behind that would hopefully help.  The 2 sections to the document are:
