Lang. Arts--the Spelling words for the week of Nov. 30th are: sloped, stifling, marveled, sipped, encouraged, permitting, orbiting, credited, labored, patrolling, referred, regretting, totaled, unraveling, uttered, reviving, glimmering, accused, confiding, hovered, echoes, shelves, median, interpreted, swiveling,
We will start a writing project--descriptive writing. We will write a letter suggesting and describing a brand new Santa suit. If your child's 6 week grade report seems a bit low, it might be due to he/she not turning in their writer's notebook. Another reason might be due to lack of studying for Spelling tests.
Social Studies-- We will get back to working out of the textbook. We will be studying early Indian civilizations.
6 week grade report will be sent home on Dec. 1st.
Students should bring their $1.00 for admission to the play we will see at C.H.S. on Wed., Dec. 2nd.
