The Main Hall
The hall accommodates up to 270 people standing and up to 150 seated at tables. There is a stage with changing rooms, a high ceiling for sporting activities and a beech floor suitable for dancing. The stage has a separate rear access ramp and switchable lighting batterns; full stage lighting can be arranged on request.
The Hall can be hired for many types of social events and weddings. This is an ideal location as the stage can be used for bands and discos and the floor is an ideal dance area. The kitchen is well equipped with its own china and cutlery. The new round tables and red fabric coloured chairs complement the velour red window and stage curtains. The Hall now has its own alcohol licence and group organisers can request use for their events. Ask the booking clerk for details of costs or arrange with her to show you the hall.
