MISSION

     The mission of the Central Valley Karate Booster Club is to provide families with options to raise funds to enable them to send students to tournaments around the country, which will provide our students with a valuable experience that they will cherish for the rest of their lives.   It is intended that through fundraising efforts, it will help offset costs related to the expenses of travel and allow the parents to continue to support the development of students who have dedicated themselves to the art of Karate.  This high-quality training karate program has produced many national and international champions and has helped develop discipline, a sense of responsibility and leadership skills.  Additionally, through fundraising the parents can assist in maintaining the quality of the equipment and training as well as aide in funding students that qualify for the US and National teams. 

      Many of the student members of the Central Valley Karate Booster are known nationally and internationally with several students representing the United States National Team in tournaments around the world.  Currently, some participants are required to compete in highly competitive tournaments.  It is anticipated that the success of the Central Valley Karate Booster Club will increase student participation and provide a “stepping-stone” for our future Black Belts and continue to build on the foundation that has been established for many years.
