By becoming a member of the Booster Club.

The CVKBC Membeship is an outstanding value for your child and family.

The CVKBC is a non-profit organizaion ran by dedicated parent volunteers that supports ALL of the karate programs at all Tibon's Goju Ryu dojo locations by raising funds and promoting enthusiasm and spirit among the various dojo's.  All Karate Parents and students are welcome to join the Booster Club!

MEMBERSHIP IS FREE!!!

The CVKBC was created to provide funding to assist karate athletes to offset some of the expenses to compete at tournament regionally or abroad, purchase training equipment and supplies, fund various miscellaneous functions and expenses that would benefit the entire karate family and to host various special events to promote and foster dojo friendship and goodwill.  These objectives can only be accomplished by your support and effort.

Our efforts are for a great cause - our students/athletes and families!  We have an established record of strongly supporting all students from all ranks and levels for well over 3 years.  Here is a list of just some items that the CVKBC have been involved with, just within the last year.

• 3rd Annual Crab Feed at the Moose Lodge in January (raised over $3,500)
• Summer Carwash Ticket sales (raised over $3,000)
• Provided volunteer staffing at the concessiion stans for The Stockton Ports Baseball games (raised over $13,000)
• Provided "grants" totaling over $3,000 to offset the expenses for Rupert, Joane and Joey for their very successful performance at the 2008 Pan American Jr. World Championshops held in Santiago, Chile.
• Hosted the dojo's Halloween teen dance party at the Stockton Teen Center
• Hosted the dojo's first Karate Easter Picnic and Egg hunt

WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF DEDICATED PARENT VOLUNTEERS, OUR GREAT ORGANIZATION WOULD NOT CONTINUE TO FLOURISH.  YOUR WONDERFUL IDEAS AND TALENT GOES ALONG WAY WITH OUR CLUB.  THANK YOU AND HOPE TO SEE YOU AT OUR NEXT MEETING!

Interested volunteers are encouraged to complete a registration form and turn it in to their respective Sensei, and please attend the next meeting at the Main Dojo.
