Reverend Rachel Gonzalez is the Director of the Center of Light, Oakland, serving the East Bay. She moved to the Bay area in January of 2007, after serving at the Boston center for several years. Her greatest joy is introducing willing hearts to the love of Jesus and Mary, serving through this Order and providing every opportunity possible for individuals to live this reality and make it their own. Along with Rev Lucille in Minneapolis, she runs the Order-wide children & teen programs and thus enjoys not only ministering to adults locally, but to people of all ages all around the country. Professionally, Rev Rachel worked for 16 years in the field of childbirth as a certified professional midwife, doula, and childbirth educator. She now works as a community health RN in the East Bay and heads up the medical team for the Colorado Peace Ride, a 4-day cycling tour through southwest Colorado.
