Our 15 centers across the US fast the first Wednesday of every month and devote our energy to a prayer intention that focuses on a issue in our world that needs love and attention. We also gather in the evening for Prayers for Peace which is a time to focus and pray on something you want to see change in the world.  People are blown away by the realization that through fasting and prayer they can make a difference. We can all make a difference in this world if we choose to think of others and Love rather than think of ourselves. It is really joyful to see our students open to the power of prayer and the reality that they  are co-creators and can make a difference in this world.
