Kevin Beaber ASBDA
Mr. Beaber begins his 24th year teaching, 21 of which have been pleasantly spent with Crowley County Schools. His primary curricular
duties have included vocal and instrumental music in grades K-12.
Currently, Kevin's course load includes 4 bands, mixed choir, guitar
and a student leadership class.
Mr. Beaber has been an active
part of a number of professional organizations and currently serves as
the National Secretary for the American School Band Directors
Association. He is an active advocate for rural education and has
provided a number of local, regional and national clinics on building
success in rural music programs.
Kevin is a graduate of Fairview High School in Boulder, Colorado. He received his B.MEd in 1985 from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. His first job was in Haxtun, Colorado home of the Fightin' Bulldogs.
Even though there isn't much
free time in his life Mr. Beaber enjoys cooking and exploring the
flavorful cuisines of India, North Africa and Mexico.
