Merit-Based Scholarships are awarded to students who exhibit high academic performance.
There is no application to fill out to be considered for a merit-based scholarship. Scholarships are awarded to incoming students based on "honors admit" status and ranking reports provided by Student Services. Scholarships for continuing students are awarded based on GPA and hours completed at CCHS only, transfer credits do not apply. The CCHS Scholarship Committee meets a month prior to the term to award scholarships. Recipients are then notified by mail of their award and are also honored at the annual Scholarship Reception.
