 All About the Second Grade
Second grade is a busy year! We make two sacraments First Reconciliation in November and First Communion the first Saturday of May. The children are always excited about First Communion and beginning to learn cursive.
My goal for the students is to learn the most that they can and have fun while learning! We write in journals daily in science and social studies. We have made our classroom rules together as a class which encourages us to be responsible for ourselves and others.
This is my second year teaching at Cardinal Pacelli School and I enjoy every minute! The school and parish community are truly wonderful. I have the pleasure of serving as a staff representative on Education Commission which has given me more insight into the workings of the parish and the school communities.
