Co-Curricular Paperwork
All Co-Curricular Paperwork must be on file in order to participate in any activity. Students that have not turned in all the paperwork and have incomplete files will not be able to practice and/or tryout. It is highly recommended that you turn in paperwork at Parent/Athlete Meetings in order to ensure each student-athlete is eligible prior to the start of the season.
