Trainsimstuff
This site contained most of the former Tainsimcentral/bve4.net routes and the excellent Network West Midlands.
The Network West Midlands route is why I got in to train development and still am.
Unfortunately this site has now closed down.
But now available is a Work In Progress version of the Network West Midlands route as of January 2019. Network West Midlands 2019 WIP
RailSimRoutes
Anthony Bowden's website, were you can get a 3D version of the Class 323 EMU cabview and an excellent route called Birmingham Cross City South.
London Underground Bve
This site has all the Underground routes and trains that were on the now closed Bve Routes and Trains site available for download.
Most of the mainline trains for bve4 that were on BRT are now available on this site, some converted for use in Open Bve.
UK Railway Pic's
The site of Martyn Read a lot of textures from photo's on his sites (with his permission) have been used in the production of external views for the trains on the Bve4Trains site.
They are excellent for reference as well.
Martin Loader Railway Photography
An excellent collection of high quality photo's by Martin Loader, used with permission for many of the trains on Bve4Trains.
Brian Daniels Photography
A huge selection of photo's that not only includes trains, although as a railway modeller and he does take quite a few!
These include detail shots of a loco he is making or has made a model of and very handy for my Open Bve stuff.
Taunton Trains
The Class 58's on this site were produced using assistance by the Class 58 locomotive group.
A very interesting site about the class, the last BR built mainline loco.
Paint.net
All the trains on this site are made using this free image and photo editing software.
It's rather simple to use and I highly recommend it.
PNGGauntlet
All trains on this site in the last couple of years have had the png textures reduced by over a 3rd in size use this superb program.
It also converts bmp to png format easily.
A free program and thanks to Ben Hollis of Seattle for it being so.
