About The Author:

Dan is the President of a consulting firm providing marketing and internet communications and consulting services to major corporations.

After battling constant migraine headaches and depression, he did research to find a cure. His journey let him to change his lifestyle that including healthier eating habits and exercise. He then went on to spend almost 25 years studying health and nutrition.  He even interviewed leading authorities in the Health and Nutrition field.  His life experience and years of devotion have culminated in this ebook.
