I have worked in the food service industry in different capacities for over 30 years.
I was trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York .
Since then I have worked as a Chef/Manager/Director in hotel restaurants and catering and also in hospitals, schools and gourmet food establishments throughout the country. I have always been a gourmet food enthusiast, a bargain hunter and
also over the last 20 years I have been facinated by the internet.
Consequently , I have become quite expert at locating great deals for high quality gourmet food on the net .Out of necessitybecause I am a choclate freak own usage over the years I have become {good } at finding high quality specialty foods, smallwares, books and other equipment.
