Hello Families,
 
Welcome to a new school year.  Pleae keep in mind that your tuition payments are due on the first of the month.  If you are plan B your remaining payments are due October 1, 2009 and January 4, 2010.  If you are Plan C your remaining payments are October 1, 2009, thru February 1, 2010.  I am also auditing accounts throughout the month to ensure everyone is on track.  If you have any questions please stop by and see me in the office.
 
We are currently collecting sign up sheets for the fun enrichment classes and can't wait to get you signed up.  Please remember, spaces are limited in some of the classes so it is always better to get them in quickly.
 
Please keep an eye out for the October Hot Lunch menu and the Friday Pizza Lunch forms, they will be coming out soon.  Please adhere to the due date for returning the forms in order to keep mistakes to a minimum.  We are back to using Sodexho as our Hot Lunch service and their time lines are much more strick than last years company.

Picture Re-Take day is Monday, October 26th.  Please return your picture package to the class room on or before the 26th in order to have pictures re-taken.  Kaiser Studios will not re take pictures without the original packet being returned first.  Please contact the office with any questions.

Just a reminder that Picture Day is Monday so dress in the formal school uniform and bring your smiles. :) :)
 
For B plan and C plan families your tuition payment is due October 1st.

Yearbook Volunteers

We are in need of some volunteers who would be interested in helping out with our yearbook.  Mr. Jim heads up the committee, but we still need additional helpers.  We especially need people to help take pictures around the school and some people willing to help double check the created pages.  It is a big job checking spelling and making sure all children have equal exposure in the book.  If you are interested please let me know as soon as possible.  We need to get started right away with pictures.  You can e-mail me at lluther@brookfieldacademy.net or call (248)689-9565.  Thank you!

First Day of School

We made it through our first day!  Actually, everything was great.  We had a few criers, but they quickly settled in to their surroundings.  All the returning students seemed eager to be back.  We are thrilled to have them back as well.  Summer gets too quiet.  We look forward to the rest of the week. 
 
Please make sure all forms are completely filled out and turned into the office.
