  • MatlabBGL
A high-performance Matlab package developed by David Gleich. MatlabBGL uses the Boost Graph Library to efficiently implement network algorithms. MatlabBGL is designed to work with large sparse networks (graphs) with hundreds of thousands of nodes. The package contains functions for centrality and path lengths that are very useful for analyses of larger graphs (their output is identical to the corresponding matlab functions in this package).

  • Cocomac
An online database containing information on structural connectivity of the macaque monkey brain.
    .
  • Biological Networks
A page maintained by Markus Kaiser containing a few useful resources, including a 95 region macaque cortex structural matrix collected from cocomac data.
    .
  • Caret
Caret (Computerized Anatomical Reconstruction and Editing Toolkit) is designed for interactive viewing, manipulation, and analysis of surface reconstructions of the cerebral and cerebellar cortex. Datasets include macaque and human brain.
