Welcome to Europes biggest LT-meeting!
Fourth annual Bayerische Motoren Werke K-series Luxus Tourer International Biker Meeting In "X" Of Finland takes place this year in Imatra, close to the Saimaa lake district of Finland.
Imatra is the place where the Finnish GP in road racing was held in 1964 – 1986. This was the era of Giacomo Agostini, Phil Read, Barry Sheene, Jarno Saarinen etc. http://www.kakeh.com/imatra/ Make sure you book the weekend of 6.-8. of August in your holiday calendar! We will again have some “LT-specific” program including Friday sauna, various competitions, group ride on Saturday including the ride around the old race circuit, tech sessions, special program for the pillions, lottery for charity, ”show-and –tell” presentations, swap meet, Saturday dinner and dancing party etc. Although this meeting originates from BMW’s Luxury Tourer, all bikes are welcome! Accommodation is this time in a very nice and traditional hotel called “Imatran Valtionhotelli”.
